Pork and Peach Kebabs

Ingredients
410g can DOLE Peach Slices, drained and juice reserved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs, sage and parsley
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt and pepper
450g (1lb) lean pork, cubed
2 medium sized red onions
2 red peppers
Instructions
Stir together 4 tbsp peach juice, oil, lemon juice, herbs, cumin seeds and seasoning and pour over the pork.
Leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
Slice the onions and peppers into pieces and thread onto skewers with the pork and peaches.
Brush with any remaining marinade and grill until meat cooked- 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with natural yogurt, cucumber and salad.
