Grilled Swordfish with Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

45ml (3 tbsp) Dijon mustard

30ml (2tbsp) honey

¼ tsp cayenne pepper sauce

¾ tsp salt, divided 

227g can DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad , drained and diced 

1 avocado, peeled and diced 

40g (1½ oz) chopped red onion 

60g (2½ oz) diced red pepper 

15ml (1 tbsp) lime juice 

600g (1lb 5oz) swordfish fillet

Instructions

Stir  together mustard, honey, cayenne pepper sauce and ½ tsp salt in a small bowl. 

Combine DOLE Tropical Fruit salad, avocado, red onion, red  pepper, lime juice and remaining salt. Cover; refrigerate salsa until ready to serve. 

Grill  swordfish for 4 to 5 minutes, brushing with honey mustard glaze; turn and grill for 5 minutes more or until cooked, brushing with remaining glaze. 

Serve  swordfish with tropical salsa.
