Ingredients

450g (1lb) lean ground beef or turkey

60ml (4 tbsp) honey barbecue sauce

227g can DOLE Pineapple slices 

4 hamburger rolls

4 cheddar cheese slices

lettuce, washed

1 red onion, sliced

Instructions

Lightly form the meat into 4 burger shapes and grill until cooked, brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce. Add the pineapple slices to the grill for about 5-10 minutes and cook until golden brown.

Toast the rolls then place a burger in each and top with cheese, grilled pineapple, lettuce and onion slices.
