Caribbean Pork Chops and Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

120ml (¼ pt) orange juice

1½ tbsp vegetable oil

1½ tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

½ tsp fresh ginger, grated

Pinch black pepper

Pinch garlic salt

4 pork chops

227g can DOLE Pineapple slices , drained

Instructions

Stir together the orange juice, oil, coriander, ginger, black pepper, and garlic salt and pour into a shallow dish. Add the pork chops, cover and refrigerate for an hour. Remove the chops from the marinade and grill until cooked. Place the pineapple under the grill until hot. Serve each pork chop topped with a grilled pineapple slice.
