Ingredients

275ml (½ pt) passata

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

227g can DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple, drained and juice reserved

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp tomato puree

Salt and pepper

Dash of Tabasco (optional)

Instructions

Liquidise together all the ingredients with 2 tbsp pineapple juice.

Serve with Scampi,  BBQ, etc.
