Ingredients

227g can DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple chunks, drained

50g (2oz) red pepper, finely chopped

50g (2oz) green pepper, finely chopped

1½ tsp jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

1 spring onion, finely chopped

1½ tsp fresh coriander, finely chopped

1½ tsp lime zest

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with fish, poultry, as a dip or spooned over tacos.
