Ingredients

227g can DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple chunks , drained

½ 695g jar DOLE Mandarins in syrup  

1 red apple, cut into chunks

175g (6oz) red seedless grapes

Dressing:

30ml (2tbsp) olive oil

15ml (1tbsp) lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

½ tsp sugar

pinch salt

Instructions

Gently mix together the fruit. Blend together the oil, lemon juice, basil, sugar and salt and toss with the salad.
