Ingredients

90ml (6 tbsp) vegetable oil

30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice

1tbsp mint, finely chopped

5ml (1tsp) granulated sugar

227g can DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple chunks , drained

225g (8oz) DOLE Mandarins in syrup , drained (out of a 695g jar)

110g (4oz) seedless grapes, halved

1 red apple, cored and chopped

Instructions

For the dressing whisk together the oil, lemon juice, mint and sugar. Stir the fruit together in a bowl then pour over the dressing and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavours to blend.
