Ingredients

75g (3oz) plain flour

60g (2½ oz) brown sugar

pinch salt

75g (3oz) butter or margarine, softened

50g (2oz) sugar

20g (¾ oz) cornflour

425g can DOLE Peach slices in juice , drained

85g (3½ oz) oats

20g (¾ oz) plain flour

60g (2½ oz) brown sugar

75g (3oz) butter or margarine, softened

Instructions

Heat oven 180C (350F) Gas 4.

Mix  together the flour, brown sugar and salt then rub in the 75g butter until crumbly. 

Press mixture into the base of a greased 20cm (8inch) loose bottomed tin and bake for 20 mins or until lightly browned.

Sprinkle  the cornflour and sugar over the peaches then spread the fruit over the cooked base. Rub 110g butter into the oats, flour and brown sugar and spread over the peaches. Bake for 40 mins until golden. Leave for 10 mins and serve warm.
