Ingredients

227g can DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad , drained, reserve juice

275ml (½ pt) orange juice

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp crystallised ginger

½ tsp orange zest

200g (7oz) DOLE Mandarins in syrup , (out of a 695g jar), drained

Instructions

Blend  the reserved juice, orange juice and cornflour and cook, stirring until the sauce boils and thickens. Allow to cool slightly then add the ginger, orange zest and fruits. Serve warm with ice cream.
